Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-demand periods, processing times may take slightly longer.
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out immediately.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
- United States / Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update.
Delays
While we do our best to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Customs clearance
- Shipping carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- High demand periods
We are not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier first.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
Multiple Shipments
As we work with multiple suppliers, your order may be shipped in separate packages. This means items may arrive at different times.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
